At Amzwaru, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via phone call before shipping.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays or cancellations.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our food products (Amlou & Honey), we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used, in order to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

However, you may request a return in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be sent to you, or

  • A full refund will be issued

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
